Cancellation Policy
I truly value your time and ask that you respect mine as well. To help keep my schedule running smoothly for all clients, I do require a card to be kept on file when booking.
• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 30% of the scheduled service, not including the processing fee.
• No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without communication will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late with communication will be charged 30% of the scheduled service. If time allows, I will do my best to accommodate the appointment; however, the service may need to be shortened or modified.
I completely understand that emergencies and illnesses happen! I just ask that you please communicate with me as soon as possible.
